"Herb." Brown, '13, our peerless surveyor at Madison, was in town the other day.

Consuelo Lasche, '13, made a Madison sorority.

Harold Merkel is one of the most prominent speakers at the commencement exercises at the University.

Wilfred Curtin, famous in the football and track teams of 1908, is with the Wales Adding Machine Co. His sister, Hazel, also a former West Sider, is with the American Appraisal Co. Both went through the Cream City Business College.

Victor Harlow is in the railroad business in Miles City, Montana.

Adele Wagner, '03, is now Mrs. Calhoun.

Fred T. Fultz, '04, is now a freight contract agent for the Canadian Pacific R. R.

Grace Clayton, class of 1904, left on Feb. 19 for Grace Hospital Training School, Detroit, Mich., where she expects to qualify for nursing.

Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Losse, a son, Carl Herbert. Mrs. Losse was Lydia Ulbricht, 1902.

Flora Neuzel, class of 1902, is spending the winter in Memphis, Tenn.

Nell White, class of 1906, was married to Mr. A. R. Grimm, of Hustisford, Wis., where he has charge of the Mitchell Auto Agency.

Margaret Grant, class of 1908, was married to Fred Hornifer, who is engaged in contracting engineering in Pittsburgh. Pa.

Lillian Mills, class of 1901, was married to Rev. Arthur Brown, who is attending a theological school in Oberlin, Ohio, where the couple are making their temporary home.

Marie Wiegan who attended here in 1900, left in March for Ragoon, Burma, where she has accepted a position to teach in a Girls' Burmese Methodist School. She expects that her missionary work will cover a period of five years. The nearest white missionary is 40 miles distant. The Comet's good wishes follow her in her new relation among the Hindoos.

Don E. Mowry, class of 1901, has recently accepted a position with the Madison Board of Commerce.

Burleigh Jacobs, of school store memory, recently ended a .very successful season as leader of the Glee Club of Carroll College.

Roy Jacobs is with his father at the Standard Brass and Iron Works. He has visited the school to assist Mr. Campbell in identifying the persons in old athletic photos.

Ernst Pacius, '13, is with the Evening Wisconsin.

The marriage of Ruth Wetzler to Eugene Mahler will soon occur.

Rupert S. Arnold, '13, receives the Comet at 746 Boyleston Ave., Seattle, Wash.

Walter Becherer, '13, appeared at our school about May 20th. He reported that the Leland Stanford year had ended.
