Reopen the Manual Training and Industrial School

We have too many youth house in Bordentown and are on medication. Instead of putting these youth on medication, we should start teaching them what was taught back in the 40's and 50' and maybe our youth will have an opportunity of becoming successful businessmen and women. We really need to take a close look at what Dr. Rice provided so we can make a difference and show our youth they are somebody and there is hope for success with basic skills.
