Arlington, NE High School Class of 1896
ARLINGTON COMMENCEMENT.
The annual commencement exercises of the Arlington school were held in Unland’s opera house at this place Friday evening. It is the first time that the building would not seat all who desired to be present. The graduates were:
Misses Grace M. Nonnamaker, Fannie L. McCoy, V. Belle Hazen and Mr. Jay C. Blackburn.
A well arranged program was presented by the audience. Prof. W. T. Stockdale made some very appropriate remarks and presented the class to the school board. Rev. W. D. Stambaugh presented the diplomas.
