Minot Eighth Grade Pupils Graduated
Minot, June 5--A three-act play, The Globesters, featured the graduation exercises of the eighth grade pupils of Minot Wednesday in the West Minot Grange Hall. The musical background was provided by the sixth and seventh grades, assisted by their music teacher, Mrs. Anna Robinson, with Mrs. Wesley Gilpatrick at the piano.
The program opened with the singing God Bless America, and prayer was offered by the Rev. Nelson Elliott of Mechanic Falls. Superintendent Frank E. Drisko presented the diplomas.

Atkinson school; David Major and Robert Verrill
Jackson school; Louise Hart, Earl Witham and Lloyd Roberts
Pottle Hill school; Roland and Ronald Standish
Verrill school; Charles and Wendell Harris, Rose Pettengill and James Smith
West Minot school; Charles Bryant, Leon DeCosta, Horace Moody and Keith Sawyer.
